The room featured a coffee maker and the daily delivery of croissants added a nice local touch. The charm of the living space and cleanliness stood out during my time there.

Rooms can be a bit cramped, making it hard to move around comfortably, and soundproofing between rooms is lacking, leading to disturbances from neighbors. The sink's placement outside of the toilet area and being on the small side complicates things for personal care. In addition, unexpected housekeeping despite having a Do Not Disturb sign posted took away from the experience.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend pause in Madrid with value for price. The shower had weak pressure but was clean and functional enough for our stay. Check that the air conditioning works well before settling in.

the room was absolutely a tiny disaster, and I could hear everything, including someone clearing their throat, how charming! I really expected a warm welcome gift for enduring such discomfort but clearly that was too much to ask. I almost gave a good rating but just couldn’t. Not impressed at all.

we had a fantastic stay at hola rooms. the location is right in the city center, making it super easy to explore. the staff was awesome, especially with their attention to detail, like the complementary snacks and coffee. everything from the hand-made touches to the coffee maker in our exterior double room made our trip extra special.
